Our extensive new Group Fitness timetable at the bioticGYM, Stockport launches tomorrow 1st December, with 20 sessions available to attend PER WEEK, mornings, evenings and weekends!

From early morning bootcamps to kettlebell and HIIT clubs as well as our strength and conditioning clubs, NO BOOKING REQUIRED, all are welcome to attend our varied, progressive brand of fitness training tailored for all comers.

Not only a fab way to meet an awesome and supportive group of people and coaches that care, but a pass to personal training style planning, progression tracking and efficient progress, for less than the price of two personal training sessions per month!

Because of the high volume of sessions we offer, you won't find yourself hidden at the back, wondering if you're really getting the most out of your sessions or whether you're doing it right or safely. This is small group personal training at fitness class prices.

Anyone is welcome to a FREE TRIAL SESSION to see what it's all about, with discounts available if you do sign up then and there. No minimum contract beyond your first month or sign up fees.
