This #NationalButchersWeek, we're celebrating the history of Butcher's Food for Dogs.
It all began with Fred and Alice. The pair opened their butcher's shop in Rugby, rearing and selling livestock, as well as preparing and selling quality British meat across the UK.
Their son, Graham, then went on to use his experience and knowledge of meat to develop the original Butcher’s Tripe food for dogs recipe - an instant success when it went on sale in 1987.
