Working in a small team, the successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service to a broad range of customers where you will be one of the first points of contact for visitors to the estate. They will assist the retail co-ordinator in receiving and unpacking stock and merchandising to promote and maximise sales. The role also involves guiding visitors to the various areas of the estate ensuring they have all of the information they need to enjoy their visit.
If you are passionate about what you do, self-motivated and have excellent customer service awareness, then we would like to hear from you. You will be used to working in a retail environment and dealing with customer inquiries. You should have excellent communication skills.
The job on offer is subject to variable hours from May to October on weekdays and weekends between 9am-5pm.
