It's time to go behind the scenes and meet Rebecca, our Contact Centre Manager.
Rebecca manages approximately 90 staff, all of which you will have come in contact with, from making your booking with our Reservations Team all the way through to our Customer Care Team, she makes sure you have the best holiday experience.
Rebecca started with us here at Shearings in 1994! And has worked her way from Group Sales, to Reservations, to become a Reservations Manager. She is an encyclopedia of Shearings holidays and just loves helping people go on holiday.
When Rebecca isn't focusing on our customers, she loves to walk and read on her days off. She's also an amateur Thespian having done 20+ years performing in Panto’s, Plays and Musical Reviews.
