Salary NJC Pt. 24 - 28 £21,745 - £24,717
Permanent subject to continuation of funding from April 2019.
To manage the development, delivery and provision of a range of Community Well Being activities, services and staff, to meet the needs of people with mental health problems at Newport Mind.
To act as the lead for the Gwent Mental Health Consortium in coordinating the delivery of the Community Wellbeing services commissioned by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
To be responsible for the allocation of referrals to Community Wellbeing Services provided by the Consortium, in conjunction with the Consortium Manager.
To be responsible for the collation and coordination of monitoring reports for Community Wellbeing Services provided by the Gwent Mental Health Consortium.
