Commonly prescribed but so often struggled with - we will teach you everything you need to master this exercise from the very basics up to advanced variations.
This course is for you if ANY of these is true:
+You sometimes feel uncertain if you are doing pressups properly
+You experience back or shoulder pain whilst doing pressups or after having done some
+You have never done pressups and want to learn
+You are experienced at training but want your pressup to be rock solid
+You want to learn regressions and progressions for advanced pressup variations
+You know how to do pressups correctly, but you want quality practice in a group environment

+Confidence that you are performing the exercise correctly, minimising injury potential and maximising benefits
+Regressions & Progressions to use in other training situations, including use of training aids and practice on commonly found gym equipment (e.g. bench press)
+Programmes for correctly preparing, recovering and building strength for pressups
The PRESSUP WORKSHOP will run over 6 Sundays from 8/1/17 to 12/2/17 (10:30AM-12:00PM). Course materials will be provided with each week's work, along with drills to practice at home and ongoing support via a Private Facebook Group - so you will still be able to benefit from the course even if you can't make every Sunday.
