We currently have some exciting vacancies available within our Farmhouse Kitchen Cafe/Bothy:
CHEF (40 HOURS PER WEEK) - 1 POSITION AVAILABLE
This is a full time position within our Cafe & Bothy which involvies preparing and cooking food in a busy environment to a high standard, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe/Bothy. You will be working as part of a great team to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous chef experience (including experience of grill cooking), however, training can be given.
CHEF (16 HOURS PER WEEK) - 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
This is a part time position within our Cafe & Bothy which involves preparing and cooking food in a busy environement to a high standard, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe/Bothy. You will be working as part of a great team to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous chef experience, however, training can be given.
FRONT OF HOUSE (20 HOURS PER WEEK) - ONE POSITION AVAILABLE
This is a part time role within our Cafe which may involve working in our Bothy too. The role involves taking orders via tablets, serving customers, till operation, making barista coffees, washing dishes and general cleaning. The ideal candidate will have previous front of house experience, however, training can be given.
All ideal candidates must:
Be aged 16 or over (due to licensing)
Be extremely passionate about food, local produce and customer satisfaction
Work well under pressure
Be willing to learn
Be well presented and well mannered
Be willing to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends
Staff benefits:
Hourly rate that is above minimum wage
20% staff discount
Staff bonus structure
Staff pension scheme
