Hi sorry to sound like a broken record but dispatch times are seen on every single page of the website under "current dispatch times" under the main menu,also a notice at checkout advises to check dispatch times, also a order confirmation email advises to check the times and the confirmation has a direct link to the dispatch times page.
Naturally this time of year when we are at our busiest dispatch times need to be longer, we are still getting constant messages asking for orders to be sent earlier, wheres my order?, I've still not received my order, whys my order taking so long, I ordered on Saturday when is this getting posted? etc and a lot of these are from customers who we have repeatedly directed to dispatch times in the past . Answering these messages is extremely time consuming and delays us getting on with orders. We are at the point where we have no choice but to start puling popular items off sale until next year if customers are not prepared to wait for the advertised dispatch times. We are working flat out and getting most orders out before the dispatch times but unless we have had prior contact from customers to discuss times before ordering, then the advertise dispatch times should be expected
ANY CRAFT ORDER REGARDLESS HOW SMALL HAS AT LEAST A 5 -7 WORKING DAY DISPATCH ( SATURDAY, SUNDAY ARE NOT WORKING DAYS)
