By now you will be preparing for the heartbreaking reality of a temporary salon closure, or you will have already done so.
Here at Foxy we all pass our heart felt sympathy to you all and pray that we all come out of this stronger at the other end.
We, as a business, are preparing for a drastic decrease in orders. We have made the decision that, in order to comply with government guidelines and to keep our staff safe, we will be sending them home from close of business today.
What this means as a trade customer who has orders delivered?
Our website will still be live as normal, our Managing Director, will attend the warehouse on a daily bases to package up any orders placed online and have them dispatched to you. This will continue so long as Royal Mail are offering a delivery service. All telephone lines will be suspended but we will be available via email communication and social media, all be it at perhaps a slower rate of reply. Please do feel free to ask any questions as we have these lines of communication still open.
What this means as a trade customer who picks up orders from our warehouse or salon?
We request that all orders are placed online to be delivered directly to you. To comply with safe distancing regulations, we are no longer allowing order pick ups. Our salon in the Metrocentre is also closed from this evening so no pick ups from there either.
We do have a relatively high stock level of hair and aftercare products for sale so if you are needing products delivered to you we feel confident that we have you covered so please do continue to order as usual if required.
As small businesses, we are all in this together and we wish you all well and hope you stay safe.
